Goal:

Development of a chatbot to run a receipt-based promotion for the Carlsberg brand in Kazakhstan, aimed at increasing sales and customer loyalty through interactive and user-friendly consumer engagement.

 

Mechanics:
The chatbot was built on the PromoBuilding platform.
Supports two languages: Russian and Kazakh.
Key modules implemented:

  • User registration via the chatbot interface with age verification using the Individual Identification Number (IIN).
  • Information about the promotion, winners, and FAQ.
  • Ability to upload receipts and check the number of accepted receipts in a dedicated chatbot section.
  • Administrative panel for managing data and generating reports on participants, receipts, winners, and more.


Result:

  • The receipt-based promotion conducted via the Telegram chatbot successfully captured user attention.
  • The chatbot contributed to increased brand awareness for Carlsberg.
