Digital Elka 2024: how we created the most unusual New Year's Eve event of the year

A carnival night in the style of an alternative future, where pioneers hold a rally on Jupiter, anthropomorphic robots show feelings and emotions, the Soviet Union establishes a stable partnership with the proletarians of the Milky Way — does it sound like a fantasy movie scenario? And for the M-Social team, it was an information landing page to announce the event.

The client wanted not just a New Year's party — they needed a bright, memorable atmosphere that would capture attention from the first seconds. We were tasked with creating a project that would both intrigue the audience and effectively convert interest into ticket sales.

 

What We Did

 

We developed a landing page that:

  • presented all key information about the event: date, venue, program, list of speakers;
  • implemented a "Buy Ticket" button leading to the order page;
  • additionally set up an email campaign that informed subscribers about the start of sales and reminded them of the upcoming event.

 

Results

 

The landing page fulfilled its purpose:

  • conversion increased — the number of clicks on the ticket purchase button went up;
  • the email campaign helped maintain interest in the event and stimulated sales.

The event was attended by 1500+ guests — representatives of the media and digital industries.
