How a neural network creates a video production based on your request

Even if you have assembled the perfect team, equipment can break down at the most critical moment, lighting issues can arise, weather conditions can ruin the set, or scenes may need to be reshot due to unsuitable sound. And after filming, the editing stage begins, which also takes days or weeks.
At M-Social, we solved this problem differently. Instead of gathering dozens of specialists and battling unforeseen complexities, we developed our own content creation system based on neural network technologies, and to demonstrate its capabilities, we created the AI-Anna project — an AI blogger with real social media pages.
AI-Anna — not a tool, but a demonstration of capabilities
AI-Anna does not create ads herself. This is not an autonomous bot or a service where you can upload a request and get a video.
This is an example project, showing what kind of creatives our team can produce using neural network technologies.
All videos, posts, and stories on her pages are the result of a full working cycle: from idea to publication. We don't just generate content — we think it through, check it, and refine it.
And this is exactly the same approach we use when working with real clients.
How the process works: from idea to publication
1. Briefing and Analysis
The goal of this stage is to understand the client's task, their expectations and goals as precisely as possible.
We start with a detailed briefing: defining the target audience, key message, desired tone and emotional delivery. We clarify the content format — a short video for Instagram, stories, a full video for YouTube, or a TV commercial.
We gather references, brand materials (logos, brand colors, fonts, tone of voice), agree on duration, presentation style, and distribution channels.
Based on this information, a clear technical assignment is formed, which becomes the foundation for all further work.
2. Concept and Script
At this stage, our creative team develops the concept: storyline, visual style, emotional dynamics, and video structure.
Several ideas are generated, from which the one most suitable for the brand's objectives is selected.
A detailed script is then created: texts (including voice-over), descriptions of visual scenes, timing, key frames.
Everything is coordinated with the client. Only after the concept is approved do we proceed to production.
3. AI Production (Visual and Voice Generation)
Here, neural network technologies come into play under the supervision of our specialists.
Using AI, characters, locations, scenes, and animation are generated — all in accordance with the approved script and brand book.
Speech synthesis with precise lip-sync is performed, selecting a voice by gender, age, timbre, and intonation.
Visual effects, animated typography, logos, and branding elements are added.
Each frame undergoes manual checking and correction — the neural network works alongside a human, not instead of them.
4. Editing and Post-Production
The finished visual and audio elements are assembled into a single video.
The editing follows the script strictly: maintaining rhythm, dynamics, and logical sequence of frames.
Sound design is added: background music is selected, sound effects are added, and the balance between voice and audio bed is adjusted.
Color correction, noise reduction, and adaptation to different formats (vertical, square, horizontal) are performed.
The content is optimized for the requirements of each platform — so it doesn't get cropped, lose quality, and works effectively in the feed.
5. Approval and Launch
The client receives the final or intermediate version of the video for review and edits.
We promptly make adjustments — to text, visuals, duration, or sound.
After final approval, we deliver the finished content in the required formats: for launching in ads, publishing on social media, or integrating into other communications.
What does this provide in practice?
AI-Anna is not a magic button and certainly not a replacement for creatives.
This is a demonstration of how our specialists use modern AI tools to create content:
- Faster — without waiting for filming and editing
- Cheaper — without costs for locations, props, and a film crew
- More flexible — easy to scale and test different formats
The true strength lies in the combination of human experience and technology.
