Developing a motivational program for Spadar: the M-Social case
The M-Social team has implemented a comprehensive digital solution for the motivational program of the plaster mixes brand Spadar. Our task was to create a website that effectively involves three groups of partners: builders, designers and dealers.

Key Solution Features
1. Multi-level registration system
We developed a closed access system using unique 8-digit invitation codes. This ensured:
- Controlled growth of the participant database.
- The ability to track acquisition channels.
- Two-step verification via email confirmation.
2. Automated contract handling
One of the key stages was signing the contract. We implemented:
- Automatic contract generation (sales contract for builders, agency contract for designers, dealer contract for dealers).
- Handwritten signature input directly on the website – no paper or scans.
- Integration with personal data (Tax ID, details, contacts) to minimize manual entry.
3. Personalized KPI
For each participant group, we implemented:
- Builders: a dynamic discount system based on shipment volumes
- Designers: remuneration for registering projects with detailed breakdown by facade area
- Dealers: a bonus system for achieving sales targets
4. Analytical module
The admin panel provides:
- Real-time KPI performance statistics
- Filtering of participants by 15+ parameters
- Automatic report generation in 4 formats
- Integration with web analytics
Technologies
The following technology stack is used in the website development process:
- PHP
- Laravel Framework
- Backpack
- PostgreSQL
- PromoBuilding platform
Implementation Results
- Increased partner interest in collaborating with the Spadar brand.
- Achievement of company business goals through task completion by program participants.
- Strengthened trust and long-term relationships with partners due to transparent terms and a personalized approach.
This project confirmed that even in traditional industries, digital solutions can significantly enhance the efficiency of business processes.
