KollektivX

How does it work?
It all starts with selecting a release. The KollektivX catalog contains over 200 million records. When a rare copy is found, its cost is divided into 100 shares. Anyone can purchase one or several such shares.
Once all 100 shares are sold, the KollektivX team physically purchases the original record and has it professionally digitized using studio equipment to preserve every nuance of the sound. The resulting high-quality digital copy is placed in the personal account of each co-owner. The vinyl itself remains securely stored as a tangible asset.
The technologies that make it possible
To implement such a project, the M-Social team needed to establish precise processes for finance, logistics, and digital rights:
- Payment System: Integration with international payment systems PayPal and Stripe allows for secure share payments from any country.
- Financial Accuracy: All transactions within the system are accounted for using the principle of bank ledger entries — this guarantees transparency and security for every operation.
- Marketplace: After digitization, the record's copy appears on an internal marketplace — in the future, this will allow co-owners to share or even sell digital assets.
- Automatic Payouts: A built-in royalty system automatically distributes payments to rights holders and potential profits among co-owners if the digital copy is resold.
- Notifications: To not miss a new release, you can enable alerts via the website or a Telegram bot.
Who will find this interesting?
- Music Lovers: This is a chance to add music to your digital collection that is almost impossible to find physically.
- Digital Listeners: No need to buy an expensive player or find space for records — the perfect copy will always be on your device.
- Investors: Vinyl is a tangible asset whose value often increases. KollektivX allows you to invest in this market, starting with a small amount.
KollektivX is not just a startup. It is a community of people who value rare music. The technological platform developed by M-Social has given this community a tool — the ability to collectively preserve sonic artifacts using modern and secure solutions. Thanks to this, here you can become a co-owner not just of a record, but of a piece of music history — and indeed, even a small amount is enough to do so.
