The project was implemented on the basis of the Promobuilding constructor. The main idea of the promotional website for the Kungur Meat Processing Plant was a simple but effective mechanic: participants uploaded receipts, receiving guaranteed rewards for this, as well as the opportunity to participate in weekly and main draws. The task of the M-Social team was to make the process as convenient, transparent and reliable as possible.

How did it work?
 

There were three ways to upload a receipt:

  1. Scan the QR code.
  2. Uploading photos (JPG/PNG, up to 10 MB).
  3. Manual data entry (FN, FD, FP, date, time, amount).


Each receipt was checked by the system according to several criteria:

  • Uniqueness.
  • INN of the outlet.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Availability of promotional goods.
  • The amount of the receipt.


If something did not meet the conditions, the user immediately saw a clear explanation for the refusal.

 

Prizes — because everyone loves gifts!
 

The participants of the campaign could receive three types of rewards:

  1. The guaranteed prize is a small but pleasant purchase bonus for each accepted receipt (up to 10 pieces). 
  2. Weekly sweepstakes — everyone had a chance to win 80 Ozon certificates in 8 weeks.
  3. The main prize is the amount that allows you to arrange a real holiday, which 3 winners received. 

 

Control panel: control, analytics and convenience
 

A functional control panel was provided for the site administrators, including:

  • Viewing and filtering data.
  • Export to XLSX, CSV, PDF.
  • Sending email and SMS.
  • Publication of the winners.
  • Detailed analytics.


A reporting system was also implemented that showed:

  • User registration.
  • The number of uploaded receipts.
  • Time on the website.
  • Traffic sources.
  • Types of devices.
  • Viewing depth and other metrics.


This allowed the client's team to monitor the activity of the participants and adjust the marketing strategy.
