Goal:

Development of a promotional website to drive sales through prize draws triggered by product purchases.

 

Mechanics:

Registration:

  • Participants create an account on the website.
  • Administrators manage content and verify receipts.

Participation in the Campaign:

  • Purchase of products during a specified time period.
  • Receipt upload: Scanning a QR code / uploading a photo receipt (JPG/PNG, up to 10 MB) / manual entry of data (Fiscal Number, Fiscal Document Number, Fiscal Sign, date, time, amount).

Receipt Verification:

  • Validation checks: uniqueness, tax ID (INN), purchase date, presence of promotional items.
  • In case of rejection: notification with a specified reason.

Prize Draws:

  • Guaranteed prizes: issuance of gift certificates.
  • Weekly draws and one grand prize draw.


Result:

  • Initial launch timeline: 1 month from confirmation.
  • Support period: 2 months.
  • Number of registered users: 2,900+.
