The Telegram bot has restricted access. It can only be used by subscribers of the private PAH Telegram channel, healthcare professionals from a verified list, or users manually approved by administrators.

Users with access to the PAH channel receive "seamless" access to the PAH bot, and vice versa—users of the PAH bot receive seamless access to the private PAH channel.
