NLMK Customer Portal
The M-Social team has completed the development of a client portal for the NLMK International Group, a single information hub that combines all key data for the company's partners and clients. On the part of M-Social, the design, layout, programming were implemented, and the security and productivity of the portal were also ensured.
Project Goal
The main goal was to consolidate all information about NLMK's products and services in one convenient location, ensuring:
- Complete data transparency.
- Maximum speed of access to information.
- Ease of use for partners of any scale — from local companies to international corporations.
The Portal as a Working Tool
Now, NLMK clients only need one website to get complete information about:
- Products with detailed specifications and areas of application.
- Company services — from consulting to logistics.
- Current news and events of the group of companies.
- Direct contacts of managers by region and product.
The resource is bilingual - Russian and English.
Technical Implementation
To create the portal, we used the following technology stack:
- Backend: PHP + Laravel
- Frontend: React JS
- Database: PostgreSQL
Special attention was paid to:
- Data security and protection against external threats.
- Performance — fast loading even with a large number of users.
- Responsiveness — correct display on all devices.
Result
All information about NLMK is now consolidated in one place — conveniently, structured, and accessible.
The portal has become a full-fledged digital ecosystem that daily helps NLMK partners make informed decisions and conduct business effectively.
