Development of a promotional website for a code-based campaign of the “3 Wishes” sauce brand in Kazakhstan to boost sales and customer loyalty.
Mechanics:

Goal:
Create a chatbot for the "Magnit" retail chain to run a promotional campaign.
Mechanics:
- Chatbot built on the Telegram platform, allowing users to upload receipts either via gallery or by manually entering data.
- Automated receipt moderation implemented, taking into account various conditions and restrictions (e.g., exclusion items or sponsor products).
- Accepted receipts earn users "chances" to participate in the prize draw.
- The bot includes a Personal Account where users can track the number of "chances" earned for each draw period.
Results:

OSKELLY. Website for the promotion

Goal:
Development of a promotional website to attract new customers and increase sales.
Mechanics:
Participation:
- Customers ordered the limited dessert OSKELLY at "Kofemaniya" and received an envelope with a unique invitation code.
- To register the code, participants filled out a form on the campaign website.
- After submitting the form, participants received an SMS with a confirmation code.
Prize Distribution:
- The main prize was awarded to the first participants who registered their codes.
- All other prizes were distributed randomly.
Prize Redemption:
- Promo codes and points were displayed in a modal window on the website immediately after phone number confirmation.
- Winners of the main prize received details about the event, including the date and location.
Result:
A total of the following were distributed:
- 11,850 promo codes for 5% off OSKELLY orders
- 9,022 unique promo codes for 10% off
- 13,052 prizes in the form of 200 Kofemaniya loyalty points

Mechanics:
- When ordering an OSKELLY dessert at "Кофемания", customers received an envelope with a scratch code. To participate, they had to register the code on the website.
- The main prize (61 invitations for a Hermès Kelly bag draw) went to the first participants to register their code. Other prizes (keychains, loyalty points, drinks, promo codes) were distributed randomly.
- After confirming their phone number, the participant saw their winning result.
- Loyalty points were accrued over 12 days.
- Promo codes were issued immediately.
- Winners of the main prize received event details.

Over three weeks, tens of thousands of users completed registration.
